This morning drove to Tarbert and got the ferry across the River Shannon to Co. Clare. Sam started his walk up to Quilty, and I drove to Ennis where I had managed to get a permit. Stopped en route for a live interview with "Clare FM". Spent the day collecting and meeting the people of Ennis. Lots of people had heard me on the radio that morning and I was able to have lots of nice conversations and people were very generous, meaning I was able to raise around 250 Euros.

Drove to B&B Clonmore Lodge, where Sam had already arrived. Greeted by their three lovely dogs, which reminded me of how much I miss Maisie.
