Another 50 miles!

Sunday 31st
Jane and Annie 12 Paul and Sam 16 Total 25 (3 miles walked together)

We walked in pairs in Connemara to Maam Cross. The boys walked fast. Annie and I had
a great time!! We took time to…
...having a break
..adding flowers to our hair
...having a latte and BLT
...posing by the lake
We did the last 3 miles around Cong after a short drive there through amazing scenery of lakes with little islands. It was a shame the weather wasn’t good. Cong is beautiful and the setting for The Quiet Man film.

We girls did the fundraising in Castlebar although not very successfully. It was very quiet being Bank holiday and the boys raised almost as much as they walked through some fantastic scenery. Connemara really is a special place.







Thanks to the Breaffy House for complimentary accommodation – exceptionally spacious apartment.
Heard from Sharon. She took Maisie to work with her. Thanks Sharon, I’m sure Maisie will want to go home with you!

    well done all of you! What a great time you seem to be having!
    Hope the knees , hair roots and pedicures are holding up ! We know Clare ,Galway and Connemara well .it's so beautiful and peaceful

    Nice videos, I'm so jealous, I wish i was there. Well Maisie and Lulu and been very well behaved this week, although they do keep trying to convince me that i haven't fed them. :-)
